這次的枸杞有好好的表現了

結論
紫米的處理得非常小心，本次的紫米處理不好，在柔軟的吐司中變的有點突兀，這次沒加小麥胚芽，香氣略微不足，吐司整體的表現已經很不錯了，再調整幾個細節試看看。

還是品悅糖甜點的製作不若以前嚴謹
抑或是非現場製作改成中央廚房製作有環節銜接不好
這次的點心沒有令我覺得驚豔甚至有一個產品讓我非常失望
對我而言
好店的退步比直接近入一家地雷店更令我失望

非常漂亮的一個蛋糕卻是本日最大雷
覆盆子跟開心果的味道加在一起，一整個的怪
非但不融合還會讓彼此變得難吃
最後我們是將覆盆子跟開心果兩部分分開吃
開心果醬可能保存出了問題，油耗味很重

大體水準還算不錯
派皮有點潮了，雖然這是千層派很難控制的部分
但比以往水準略差

店內最貴的巧克力飲品，好像是270元/杯
很濃很濃的巧克力，天冷時來一杯很不錯
搭配甜食吃到最後會有點膩口，不過這是非戰之罪
台灣的溫濕度本來就很難喝下這麼濃甜的飲品

結論：
本次採取直接法製作，雖然有酵素加持，但口感上仍然未及中種法佳。味道是達到理想的70％，可惜此次枸杞在攪拌時破裂，切面時不夠美觀。另成本過高，每條吐司成本超過100元，雖然好吃，但是有點吃不消啊！

穿著潛水衣到小七買東西的阿伯充分展現台灣人的幽默

恢復上課的那天，同學中也有一些受災戶，言談之間雖有少許無奈卻不見怨天尤人，相隔一天我看到農民開始整理田園復耕，心裡盡是滿滿的感動。

我想災民還是會需要一個救急金，希望大家能選一個你喜歡的單位去捐款，多或少都好，每一個單位一定都有不好的地方，但若要一直質疑這些單位能不能把每一塊錢的捐款都花在最需要的地方，那其實就真的不用捐了，沒有完人也沒有完美的單位。
